All usable responses were weighted as described in Chapter 3
and in the Technical Appendix

For most frequent reason, missing, don’t know, and refusal responses combined are 5.6% for pantry programs, 8.4% for kitchen programs, and 6.6% for shelter programs.
For second most frequent reason, missing, don’t know, and refusal responses combined are 29.7% for pantry programs, 59.1% for kitchen programs, and 29.4% for shelter programs.
