Instrument Development (3.1)

The data collection instruments for this study were based on the questionnaires used in the 2001 study, revised to reflect the 2001 data collection experience and the needs of A2H.  MPR worked closely with A2H and the Technical Advisory Group to revise the questionnaires so that they would provide high-quality data.
