Training (3.2)

To ensure that each food bank study coordinator had the proper knowledge to administer the surveys, MPR conducted three regional, two-day, in-depth training sessions.  Most of the training dealt with showing the study coordinators how to prepare local interviewers to randomly sample clients and to conduct the client survey.  Each study coordinator also received a training video demonstrating the client interview process and a manual containing sample materials and an outline of the A2H Network members’ responsibilities.
